Hi Linda, Happy new year to you and your family, too. You commented on my blog about those being toffee bars and they were. Only I forgot to get almonds. Isn't that what toffee bars usually have? I used what I had on hand which were walnuts. I hope you find the recipe for your hubby. Mine was allot like your recipe you posted. Congrats on your daughter's graduation. Be well and happy!
